bring back revive or add a third summoner spell or new summoner spell

i just think its annoying being forced to bring flash smite every game as jungler or flash period i think flash should be a mandatory summoner spell and while it is on cooldown you have your other summoner spell similar hextech flash and because flash is on a much higher cooldown you could put a differential on the other summoner spell this would also give the player the option to hold his "third" summoner spell for the internal flash cooldown i think this change also gives flash a little more power as an offensive tool but alot more as a defensive option

if not it would be a cool edition to the unsealed spellbook rune

and if i go 30minutes without dying revive would be really nice so i dont lose the game off one death or i can quickly recover in the beginning rather than being set back i can see how this would cause games to be alot longer combined with the change to flash everyone could bring revive so its probably better to choose one

on that note im curious to see what the 12th summoner spell could potentially be but i guess its technically hextech flash for now i like the idea of adding additional effects to the current summoner spells like how cleanse and heal have two components a neat one is ghost allowing the champion to walk through walls for a short duration or igniting yourself for a sunfire stack or exhausting yourself for increased armor and magic resist and speed or smiting towers im just not clever or creative enough to come up with a completely original summoner spell but i like the idea of having one or an extra one that helps keep me alive

i feel like the current meta is an offensive one and with so much dispairity in skill levels it takes more skill to play defensively but that being said if the game was even harder there would be even more one sided matches where i think the ultimate goal of balance changes would be to prevent them

personally i would nerf the hell out of physical assasins and make them really have to build up their ad ratios i mean they are practically junglers with way too much early game power they should all be late game carries they are oppressive AND overpowered and they get whored out by everyone its rediculous they rarely fail or lose and ive played enough to know what im talking about ok

also im not interested in your petty comments i only care about posting my ideas for the people that actually matters i dont like re reading or editing im not to be reasoned with
