gold and exp ratios

it occured to me the other day that every champion receives exp and gold in the same manner and there are no champion specific exp/gold growth rates and i think how strange that is considering that different characters have different damage outputs and skill sets and champion balancing is based on such small ratios that its almost impossible to tell whats actually strong the easiest way to address this is with gold and exp ratios, i understand the rune system is an easier way to balance your roster of champions rather than having to cross reference runes and mastery values every time you want to make a change but i assure you are missing a huge opportunity to add a level of personality to the game by being specific with how champions gain gold and exp because thats how you dictate champion performance and a standard for all levels of gameplay and to ensure quality games in perpetuity

like some people are playing this game on normal and some of us are playing on torment, either this change or a hardcore mode would be greatly appreciated because 90% of my games are utterly shit wether its intentional or not its just pathetic how this game is allowed to be played more often than not
