Club Queue

What if Riot replaced Flex Queue/Dynamic Queue/Ranked Teams with Club Queue where you can queue into 5v5 games with any member within your club and your club has a rank. In order to get rewards ranked tier rewards (borders, icons, skin, etc.) you need to be in the top <arbitrary number> members within your club but your club can still earn sort of goal rewards like ward skins maybe club chroma for the champion that gets victorious skin (but you still have to participate in getting them).

Just a thought especially since rito took out Draft Pick in certain regions I think this is an interesting alternative. Sure it can be "abused" by boosters and what not but its just your club rank (which means people will auto assume your boosted in it anyway). This also give more meaning to clubs which right now doesn't do anything.
