Rapid Fire Cannon on Teemo?
Who tried it? Does it work? How does it help with increased range on , lets say, bot lane (both support and ADC)?

I usually prefer to get 
instead in my teemo build.
the increased range is only on the energized attack so I can't see helping that much
If you run mallet it's good. In other situations all other zeal items are better. Even with mallet I wouldn't get it before Hurricane.
