Most Important Runes?

I know the sale is almost over, but it's spurred my thinking. Assuming no other runes, what rune(set)s would you guys recommend starting out with?

Kind of a noob move, but my first rune page still holds my first rune set, with Gold Quints, Gold yellows, MP regen blues, and Armor reds. All secondary runes, but it still does good work for me.
