Champion's that miss half of their offensive kit should not be able to kill you
I've been seeing it over and over again, a champion misses half of their offensive kit's abilities that would (presumably) be a large portion of their damage, and they still end up killing someone because of the overloaded damage on one ability. I believe this overlaps skill expression in the game, as before a player would have to land almost all of their kit's abilities (or all), in order to get a chance at killing someone. At this point, I can probably just smash my hand and head into my keyboard, miss every skill-shot, and still end up killing a player.
Would it be possible toning damage down by kit's to the point where in order to say, kill someone as Ahri, it is required that you land the Charm, the Q, and the majority of the W along with the ultimate in order to have a chance at killing someone.
Would it be possible to tone the damage for Fizz so he can't just press Q W and nearly one shot someone?
I think this has mixed opinions, and a lot of the differing ones will see that electrocute is the problem (it's definitely one of them, and yes I saw the nerfs) but in general I think there are a few other things that need to happen:
-AD items need less AD, it is contributing to the one shot meta heavily
-AP Champions need to be toned to the point where landing nearly all of their skills is required to obtain a kill
-Armor and MR Items need to be able to actually work on a tank (remove true damage) without work-arounds for AD champions
EDIT: Of course I didn't explain the whole situation, champions with point click abilities would have to have work on them as well, otherwise skill-shot champions wouldn't be used as much, champions with point-click would have to have nerfs as well, I just don't feel like explaining that part of it.
