Riven Main Ping Problems/How to reduce ping? Please help!

Hello,I'm a season 5 silver Riven main. I've properly mastered the fast Q combo,but my average ping is around 250-260 MS. This makes it so that I sometimes fail to cancel my animations,and even when I animation cancel,it is slower than the average fast q.

I still do pretty well with the ping,I win lane most of the times but I find that this ping gets in the way of cancelling my skill animations E.G. Valor+Blade Of The Exile,Valor+Wind slash,and most importantly: Ki Burst+Valor. I can play Riven with the ping,I have gotten used to it over time,but I find myself constantly wishing for better ping.

I have thought about WTFast,but most people say it is a scam and all it did was activate League's firewall. Are there any tips? I do not live anywhere near america,I live in singapore and play on NA. To all the Riven mains out there,has anyone experienced this problem/or is dealing with this problem? I play on a macbook pro 2.6 GHz intel core 15.

If I cannot resolve this ping issue,are there any tips on animation cancelling with 60+ ping?

Get better internet or transfer to another server with better ping for your region.

Well there are quite a few things you can do, first is checking your lol logs Sending a support email will help with these they actually have pretty good advice. Then you'll want to do a tracer route with league dns's If you can find a server that feels stable in ping for you then you've found your ticket to lower ping.
