Does anyone Faceroll with Azir?

is beyond frustrating. I have been playing mid exclusively for a few months, and as I become very proficient on I simply cannot have a good game on Azir.

1. I've tried multiple runes/masteries
2. Different Builds
3. Different Spell Priorities

and the results all confirm that he is not worth the effort. As a champion that is awkward by nature, I feel as if he should be hitting like a freight train, but only have experienced a perpetual wet noodleness. Help? All Tips and Advice are very appreciated <3
