Okay so Diana can clear her side of the jungle 4-5 minutes into the game. Can Nidalee clear faster? I feel like ever since they nerfed her ability to stun, her clearing skills have been affected negatively and she just can't get that damage going as fast as I would like

Nunu's clear is pretty slow when you compare him to champs like

DunkinNoobs1 votesShe can't. Played optimally, Nid's clear is about 10 seconds faster, assuming you do all 6 camps. Shyv catches up later on, but absolutely no one beats Nidalee on the first clear. No one. The only one that was even close was Mundo before he got nerfed, started E, and running AS marks and quints. That was around 3:07 iirc, but Nid was managing sub 3:00 back then.
WarlockLaw1 votesI think Diana might actually be able to come close. The main reason stopping Diana from seeing more play is her weak ganking power pre-6. Unlike Diana, Nidalee can actually get onto targets pre-6 allowing her to exert lane pressure whereas Diana can't really do anything, barring pushed in to a tower, until she hits 6.

morgana's q is root not a stun
a root holds a champ in place but does not disable them from attacking or using abilities
a stun does.

Akali is SO HOT1 votesI believe Udyr has the fastest clear with Shyvanna in second and then Nidalee right behind them. Diana is definitely at the top somewhere.
Anatharion1 votesThe best Nidalee players in the world can make Nidalee clear the jungle faster than any other champ. Which is why she is 90% permabanned in high elo. She takes a great deal of mechanical skill. You have to be able to kite, and weave auto attacks, in between your abilities and switch from human to cougar at just the right time all throughout. You also have to know where the large monsters are over walls in order to spear them and then leap the wall to them to speed up your time. The best Nidalee players in the world were able to maintain a 3:20 clear within a few hours of the latest run of nerfs.
If you can't clear with Nidalee after 20 games with her play another champ because her mechanical skill level is too high for you.

When you compare a God tier jungler to a lower tier jungler, it's kind of laughable.
