New Champ Select Troll Bans

I had someone ban a champion that I pre-selected. This is going to be problem with jerks who enjoy screwing people. The guy who banned said, “Suck my left nut.” Can we make it so that banning a champion someone declares they will use will either be impossible, or count as a dodge penalty, or some other penalty?

The pre-selection is stupid shit. Just because you said you wanted to play, for example, Kindred and you were last pick. Doesn't mean the other team won't take an OP champion like Kindred before you.

So I'd bad it too. :)
