Every single game I play in with an Annie, my team has no clue what to do against her, and they dont respect the dmg. She has an 800 dmg ability on a 2.5 second cooldown and absolutely dominates anything below platinum elo. More than 3 quarters of the player base are below this so why not put us all out of our misery and give annie a nerf so we can play some real games.
If your team doesnt respects Annie's damage, its not the champions fault. If they (and you) get counterpicked, it isnt the champion's fault.
Annie gets tossed around by most mages, and can only kill them with Flashbear. Xerath, Lux, Brand, Velkoz, Syndra... They all have a big advantage over Annie.

They should nerf her abilities and auto-attacks from a 625 range, to a 550 range.
And they should also make her ult a drop-down skillshot (like Veigar's W), not a point-and-click auto 100-0 kill shot.
Really? I just played a ranked game against her.
My team specifically reminded each other not to bunch together, the frontline took her cc burst while the carries attacked her. Thanks to her short range, she couldn't engage the backline immediately and we could beat her.
Plenty of counterplay if you ask me.
