GD I need Your Opinion!

I have a youtube channel, that I upload regularly to and It's slowly growing. And I mean slowly. I've been uploading for 6 months regularly and I have 7500 views and 20 subs. Most of my videos are quite well received, and get alot more likes than dislikes. So I'm wondering if anyone could give me advice to convert views into subs who return to watch more. I attached my channel link and if you guys could check it out and let me know how to improve that'd be awesome. I'd be really grateful,

Honestly?

I'm not a regular viewer, but to be blunt, because this isn't anything really new. That doesn't mean you don't have anything that is different, but youtube is FLOODED with "best of: *****" What I look for is commentary on champs or the game.

not harsh at all, I don't plan to make commentaries or "how to's" until I hit High plat/low diamond, that way people don't think I'm just blowing smoke.

I understand that. But everyone has an opinion! Look at Gnarsies the guy has a lower ELO (By pro standards). However, I find his videos entertaining, and his opinions are just that opinions. I love foxdrop, but I don't always agree, and many a time he is wrong! (He trashed on Rek'Sai and a lot of other champs when they came out. )

You don't need to talk about who needs to be buffed or nerfed. Talk about what you enjoy, get on your soapbox and rant. Make yourself something that I can only get from YOUR channel. If people like it they will keep coming back.

Edit: Also, shamelessly promote yourself >.> and how you post your youtube videos matters A LOT.

He is quite successful for having a small amount of content, and his videos are quite unique so i can see the appeal. I will have to brainstorm more ideas to bring to the table.

First, posting on here, Redit, in games, friends, ext ext. Youtube is basically sales, it's a lot of work.

Also, you have to REGULARLY put out content. Not bursts of 8 videos in a week then nothing for 2 months because you are burned out.

And ya, the reason Gnarsies is popular is because he is entertaining. Heck, that break the meta guy on youtube has a horrible elo but people love watching his stuff.

With that said, another MAJOR thing is knowing your audience. Look at Pewdepie or the break the meta guy, I don't like their stuff but they know who watches their stuff and they aim to make them happy.
