GD I need Your Opinion!

I have a youtube channel, that I upload regularly to and It's slowly growing. And I mean slowly. I've been uploading for 6 months regularly and I have 7500 views and 20 subs. Most of my videos are quite well received, and get alot more likes than dislikes. So I'm wondering if anyone could give me advice to convert views into subs who return to watch more.
