Tryndamere's Survive-abilty is Broken

So every time I face Trynd I run into the same problem. I can't win.

I've tried numerous tactics. Trying to aggro him out of lane pre level 6, which just ends up with him being more aggressive and getting kills because his damage is through the roof early game. Waiting his ult out, which just ends up with him flying over to you with his e and getting a kill anyways (either that or he just walks away and you don't get any kills and lose because of it.) Using CC, which doesn't work because he can use his ult when he is Stunned, Silenced, Charmed or any other form of CC that might have helped in the first place, not to mention you would have to build an entire team around keeping him detained for the duration of his whopping 5 seconds of invulnerability. 5 seconds, Kayle's Ult only lasts 3, and she can't use it while affected by CC. Seriously, what do you do to beat this guy?

I say the duration of his ult needs to be cut back to like 4 seconds, (implied or, not asking for both) the cool down needs to go up to more than just 90 seconds, because it seems like he has his ult every time you get him low enough to kill him, or (again, an or, not asking for all of this to happen) he needs a kit rework to where he can't chase you to the end of the rift with his W and E.

I'll take a strategy that actually works to beat him too though.
