is inting sion gonna get nerfed?

I one trick teemo top and jungle and dear god playing against inting sion is just so oppressive, it's just not fair how because he's in the game I have to stay top the whole game because the second I go somewhere else on the map hes gonna curb stomp my towers into oblivion. If my jungler ganks top and we kill him there's no point cause hes just gonna be worthless to kill and will just keep coming back, this time with more health and resistance.

It wouldn't be so bad if he was punished like every other champ for feeding, but nope he gets extremely tanky as the game goes on and will take my turrets no matter what I do

seriously this playstyle is 10x worse than tank ekko in s6 and from what I remember that got taken care of pretty quickly, please do something about inting sion or atleast make turrets better :)
