champ select trolls running rampant in blind pick
can we please be able to report for what someone does in champ select
even if not for blind pick, draft has its problems with trolls fucking over everyone

you're barely level 12, and you'll probably suffer until high Bronze. And that very rarely happens in high Bronze and Silver.
Part of queuing up for blind pick is accepting that at the worst, you go where you can and are more likely to get the champ you want. If you want to avoid this, queue up for draft or to avoid this entirely, get a 5 man team together.
You can't punish instalocking. If they want to play that particular champion you have no say in what they do. As long as they are trying to play and doing what they need to do, 'off meta' picks isn't a valid reason to report.

No example of champ select trolls given. If you mean like a trio in a draft select that picks 3 supports cleanse smite and all go top that's pretty troll (especially of no communication with team)
If it's blind it's pretty much first come first serve. (Was way worse 3 seasons ago)
