GP had permanent +movespeed with his raise morale. that also buffed allies near perma with 40% cdr

gp had a stronger W. less CD

gp ult was less CD i think

gp Q just as strong. but near stronger since raise moral gave perma movespeed. so GP didnt need barrels he could just run around spamming 3 second Q's at you with hyper movespeed and full damage items

and in a 1v1 duel he stacked his poison passive n smoked you
