Idea for a minor Fizz rework

I was considering ideas to make fizz more fun to fight against but less annoying as well and yes I am looking at his e.

Q: I was thinking fizz should be able to dash freely with this and if it would hit a champion then do its damage, because of this it would be able to be used as mobility freely as well as making it a aoe line attack. I was also considering lowering its cd so it could be used more and if it ended up being op then you could lower its damage but I would like this change.

W: Make it feel more impactfull and yea while the damage is nice I was considering making it more noticeable like a more noticeable particle effect showing your taking burn. I was also considering buffing it without overloading it and I thought why not make your target visible while your burning the target or if the target is burning your next q or e would root the target not sure which one yet but leaning more towards the e.

E: Alright I was considering increasing the cooldown of this ability and by increasing its cooldown I mean by a lot but also moving the 20% increase to damage on his ult to this ability to compensate and this would make it more risky to go in with Fizz but if you do and land the e the rest of your kit would do more damage including the ult. Also if you managed to hit multiple targets with this e then all targets hit would take 20% more damage from fizz's abilities. If this ends up killing fizz then add a Tristana reset function to this ability so if he manages to kill the target it would auto refresh allowing fizz to be a monster in teamfights if you managed to get a reset similar to Katarina.

R: I was considering increasing the aoe range of the shark not the fish he throws out though and it would count down faster after landing making it a better teamfighting tool.

Other changes I was considering was lowing the 20% damage on the e but make it affect teammates damage as well. Also the effect of the root I suggested on his w I was considering adding that to his ult instead. I was also considering increasing the length traveled from fizz's q but I thought a lower cooldown would be more fun. Lastly I was considering making fizz's e activate quicker and allowing him to jump off his pole quicker as well. Tell me what you think of these changes but im expecting mostly hate anyway but thought I would get my point out.
