Riven rebalance

Rivn right now suffers from horrible deficiencies winning lane and winning game. Tanks own her, sustain owns her and ranged champions own her. However, a fed riven right now can be frustrating to play against because her damage with the strong legality stack is such big. We can try to rebalance riven from that sometimes feast or almost always famine identity by giving her some strengths that aren't just sound up in pure damage. I reccomend letting ever riven Q knockup targets and reducing the bonus ad ratio by .2. Skilled rivens or teamworky rivens who can either land consecutive Qs on the same target in the same place or have their targets locked down by ally cc can be rewarded with percent health damage and escalating knockup duration for Qing the same area multiple times. It can be a mechanic on the terrain like taliya's worked ground, where riven tears the ground asunder with repeated Q casts. This however will make riven's playstyle less mobile and more teammate dependent, you can let her recast E 3 times to compensate but reduce the sheild by 10 damage per rank so it doesn't get too strong. Overall, this would buff riven a little bit. What's more, the percent health damage can be true damage so that armor doesn't single handedly shut down riven forever. I'm 13 btw haHAA.
