Riven has low hp/5. This is unfair because her weak earlygame, (before she gets the snowball she 100% needs but shouldnt get unless someone does a laughable mistake) is lame anyways. Riven has no innate sustain. Compared to champions like fiora, dr mundo and heimerdinger, riven has no lane phase. We can fix this, and make riven sligtly more viable by multiplying her base hp regeneration by 9.
Whenever I see a post about someone complaining of a difficult champion being weak, I just sigh because the only reason they're weak is because the OP can't play them.

Riven having 50% winrate with a 10% playrate & 0.5% banrate is more than enough to show she's either already balanced or in need of nerfs.
Riven has pretty substantial in lane sustain with a shield scaling off of AD, as well as her passive, which allows her to easily reap the benefits of lifesteal.

I remember, a few years ago in the patch notes (not sure which ones), that they said she was winning lane too hard because she trades so well. Her E is just so strong if used correctly, so instead of nerfing that, they nerfed her health regen. Which specifically targeted tiamat.
If you really want to play Riven with health regen early on, Doran's Shield will be a good option once it gets changed next patch.
It's not like her e can shield her with 100% bonus ad, or 4 dashes to run away/engage, or 2 ccs on a relatively short cooldown.
You have so many downvotes, and from people who likely have far more experience in this game than you. If you think Riven is weak you either hit your head as a child or just aren't playing her correctly.
If she's so weak then don't play her. Win rates are fairly accurate representations of balance. Around 50% is balanced. Just accept that.

Yasuo is sooooo weak his Q doesn't kill everything instantly wtf I invested so much energy into moving my hand and pressing the button. Like, look at Yi's Q it makes him untargetable and Blitzcrank Q it pulls them in like wtf why is he so undertuned. He needs to instantly regen all his health because Yasuo players invest the most energy cause they press buttons.

Riven has no HP/regen because she has a low CD shield. If you play Riven properly, you don't need more HP/Regen than she currently has, because you absorb the majority of the damage dealt with your shield, not your HPs. If you get caught in a bad trade when you don't have your shield and/or your stun off CD, you made a mistake somewhere and your opponent deserves to dent your HP bar.

has low hp/5 because she can mitigate a ton of damage with good usage of her shield. Long time ago, she used to have one of the best hp/5's, but she was also REALLY op then (I still remember the first time I ever saw a 4xBT+CDR boots+GA Riven back in those days...shudders; for context this was like late season 2 or even earlier).
Riven's HP is intentionally low because her early game cheese kill potential is huge and she's super snowbally. Also, her first item was often 
... which used to have lifesteal and still does have bonus health regen on it, fixing her problem a little.
Instead of crying... think about why it is like that and then see if you still feel it's too much. Since I'm guessing you're a wannabe Riven-faceroller I will assume you'll support buffs of any kind to her though. The point is... she has low health regen for a very good reason. It wasn't a mistake or an oversight. They purposely gave her really crap hp/5 to balance her out. It's so when you go ham, you need to make certain it's worth or you'll be in a bad spot. It's to make her a LITTLE less brainless.
