Morgana has a 4.5 second hard control lockdown combo.
So rivens Q and W should both knockup and stun for 2.25 seconds each. Even though as a melee, she will still be worse. discuss

Riven has an AD + range steroid on her ultimate and can cast her Q three times.
So Morgana's ult should both give increased AP, increased cast ranges, and Q should be allowed to be cast 3 times. Even though as a mage, she will still be worse. discuss

Morg should have a built in dash Like riven. With a low cd. Scratch that.
Double dash, first dash then if you land a q you get the second dash cd reduced.
Her ult should be a magic wave like cass but bigger like jhin ult. It traps everything in a large cone while also doing 400+ magic damage based off of scaling ap.
Okay? How about, Riven can do damage. And Morgana can't, you know, in literally the only role she's played. And your comparison ends there. God these threads are dumb.

no where even close to the same
So Skarner can suppress you for 2 seconds but Master Yi has no cc? Even though Yi is a squishy and is worse regardless. discuss
