Will Winter Rift only be in Normals? That would make me sad

I know I'm not the only player who highly prefers the experience of ranked games. They're more competitive and fun for me, for the 1-2 games I'm able to find time for in a day.

I LOVE the map change and I honestly hope they do more with this in the future, but if it's just something I have to play a normal game to check out, I feel like it's content that just won't be a part of my actual experience. I'd love to play in this regularly during the time it's out, and also see it on streams.

If "clarity" is the only issue as to why this content doesn't hit ranked (I.e. some whiners saying they lost because they faced a white SSW skin), I think that's super lame.
