Ezreal Visuals

I already made a post about ideas to make Ezreal better overall gameplay wise, but I was just wondering why Riot has not used his old Ultimate skins visual effects to update his abilities. Ezreal's Q, W, and R all look extremely old, and since the updated Pulsefire uses completely new effects why not just recolor the old ones and use them on his base skin? This would help add a lot of gameplay clarity with a more visually prominent R and in terms of Q/W just make them looks less ugly. Thoughts?
