Cotten Eyed Joe1 votesAzir is being nerfed cause he's become too much of the lane bully that he was pre-nerf azir. They aren't nerfing him into the ground, it's simply lowering his shield. And yes, Pro Play is a huge factor in Riot. They hotfix champs all the time because of Pro Play.
