So can we talk about LeBlanc being OP now

After her being in every worlds game before her rework, short while after her rework and after her revert being back to perma picked again. I feel it´s fair to say that she is far too good of a champ. She is ranged lane bully who can kill somone in any stage of the game without any sort of counterplay. She jumped over 2 walls in 1 second and immediantly returned back to a safe spot. She has a Zed ult on her basic ability. But no that is not enough she also has a Morgana ult as a basic ability too. Only that Morgana you can atleast flash out of it and she has to commit. But that isn´t enough, LeBlanc also has her Q wich she can use to make her other spells stronger or to just max it first and poke you out of lane like a Kassadin, only differenc is that Kassadin can run from you only at level 6, Leblanc can just Q you and use her W to avoid any skillshot. This champ lacks any weakness, she is good at every stage of the game has the same one shot potential as a fed Rengar minus the risk and commitment and she also has waveclear that has no risk unless the enemy has point and click CC wich catches her immediantly. She does not even fall off, LeagueofGraphs says that her winrate gets higher the longer the game goes.
