Kha´zix is also a true Voidborn unless the new lore makes him be born in the womb of some animal in Runaterra. So to not be inconsistent we should give him 1 true dmg on his Q to atleast be able to claim he has it.

K6 is an assassin and true damage is good for fighting tanks and tankier targets while he should be going after squishies. Not to mention that true damage has no synergy with lethality so if it's strong enough he may start building some weird bruiser build.

True damage isn;t good against tanks. The counter for true damage is stacking health, which tanks do a crap ton of. The only time true damage counters tanks is when it's percent max health true damage, but that's such a toxic thing that only two champions in the entire game even have it
