Better than in top lane, at least.

Her early-game clear is fairly slow, especially on Krugs, and if she's on the top side of the map she can't rely on a leash for red buff to make her early-game sustain even slightly easier.

Her rooting with water/river element lasts all of a quarter of a second, so it's literally only good for a momentary pause at best unless you run into someone on the river with water already on your weapon so you can q,w,e,q them, and maybe slam them into a wall with R if they're low enough. Early ganks rely on this momentary pause no matter how you play her, and if you miss with the first q you're unlikely to have the opportunity to refresh your water element in time for another shot before they get away.

Overall, she CAN work in the jungle, but she feels stronger as a midlaner.

She's one of those champions that can jungle, like Sylas or Twitch, but her best lane is definitely mid. She spends too much health and mana clearing the jungle to gank effectively, and she doesn't have the sustain to survive or range to survive in the top lane.

She does well from blue side, Blue > Gromp > Wolves > Red > Scuttle (which she melts) > Raptors > check other scuttle
