Cassiopeia bot lane carry. Thoughts?
With any type of support or duo to make it viable. Aspect of the serpent would be much easier to hit. Also lane is thinner than mid, ult would be easier. As for boots, 
for more escape, or 
for the obvious penetration?
50000000000000002 votesCassiopeia builds a stack of Aspect of the Serpent once every 6 seconds (10 times per minute) and for every second that an enemy champion is poisoned, up to a max of 500 stacks.
Poisoning two champions at the same time will not grant you double stacks, although it would make stacking easier. But as a carry, Teemo support would be great since Teemo poison counts for Twin Fangs.

AndurilWielder1 votesEscape would also be fairly easy as long as you dont over-extend too much, and make sure the area is warded well, though warding should really be a standard anyway, so that's not a problem (or it shouldn't be <.< ).
That's what I mean though, having two champs running around in a smaller lane makes it easier to poison. With twitch, would you mean a cassiopeia support?

Now, there's 8 items there. I imagine you could go tanky and spell vamp, tanky and penetration, or penetration and spell vamp for more sustain.
Using an AD based support like Leona would also work well, Leona can build ad and use her CC abilities for excellent support so you can poison and twin fang stunned/slowed enemies. THey wouldn't know whether to build armor or magic resist, as an AD leona is also very powerful. The only problem with that is she'd have less armor. I know someone who puts 
on her.
People might normally complain because having an AD carry helps make a balanced team, but having an AD top or mid can help to, like gangplank or talon. Though even if they build lots of MR to counter you, if you have more MPenetration runes and items, you'll still do scary amounts of damage to tanks, and cassiopeia is a tank melter, especially with 
, which is useful for opponents with lots of health regen.

support might work. You'd get the benefits of the poison plus a bit of peel.
