Can we get an AP item that builds out of Quicksilver Sash, also can we get quill coat back?

So I noticed that you only get a mercurial scimitar from a SS, and that shouldn't be the only build path that item should have. BTW riot, quill coat was an amazing jungle item for tanks, especially helping with clearing and such. The jungle item we have now for tanks is pretty..... bad, and thats one of the reasons we barely play tank junglers in this meta. Another reason is that they get outclassed so hard by champions who have years of sustain/damage /tankiness to the point that tank junglers are pretty much useless. These champions end up being better tanks, do more damage, and outscale these so-called "tanks" in the game. Oh, did I forget to mention ? For the people who loved that awesome ward and bladed armor passive, give this a thumbs up PLEASE. would agree.
