Can we get at least 1-2 free and unpunished dodges in ranked per week?

This is just a thought for some issues that tend to happen during ranked solo Q or during champion select, because people can exhibit toxic behaviors that can inhibit gameplay. By giving us that the free 1-2 dodges, it wouldn't be a constant toxic spamming of dodges. This would be really nice for when you end up on the same team with a person you played with previously that you did not do well with, or when you manage to get on a team that wants to troll you hard by choosing all supports etc...

Problem with encouraging dodges:

There are 10 people in each game, not just you. You need to multiply games you ended via dodging by 10 to get the number of games like-minded people will force-cancel. Which means you also need to multiply the time wasted in queue (for yourself) by 10. 1 free dodge is 9 extra games you'll get booted out of via a dodge.

Looks like you actually have an awesome team? Summoner 2 dodged. Spent a lot of time getting everyone in the right position and convinced the team to let you be your favorite roll? Summoner 2 dodges. A guy on your team wants to play with his buddies that just got online? An extra troll is created who hopes to get someone to use their free dodge.

Why do this if Riot can just make a lobby so people can come and go until they find the right team?
