Nah they put creep block in the game so players would stop standing in the middle of a minion wave and then complaining that Yasuo dumpstered them.
Oh wait people still do that!
I guess creep block isn't working as intended.
Pretty sure it's in the game so fizz, kass, and phantom dancer get used more
