LAG SPIKES PATCH 5.22

Ever since 5.22 patch I have been getting such bad lag spikes it got to the point that I called my service technician to come and take a look at my internet he texted it out and everything was fine. It really sucks because I have spent a great amount of money on this game . Can anyone help me ?! Any solutions ? Anyone else experiencing thing ?
