Can riven still animation cancle her Q after patch 7.10

So ever since riven got patched on 7.10 people keep telling me that there was a bug that dint let her animation cancle at all and now riots gonna keep her like that. I'm specifically wondering if you can still Q ANIMATION cancle ?

If you're talking about fast Q then yes. It's just a tad slower now, noticeably slow, but still also now more reliable in high ping situations.
