AP Ezreal

Still love playing this guy, even after the Runeglaive changes made his play rate drop off the face of the earth. This champion does so much fucking damage, it's insane. I still think it would be cool if Riot changed his W to damage minions so that he could have competitive waveclear and be a truly viable mid, but even as he is I love playing this guy for fun in normals. His super high AP ratios feel pretty balanced because all of his abilities are skillshots and he has no CC. My favorite build:

As is typical for AP Ezreal, he needs some items to scale up, but this build is my favorite because of the huge 3 item power spike you get from completed Lich Bane & Nashor's. Nashor's is a super gold efficient item, and all the stats it gives are great for Ezreal; the 20% CDR means you can go for Sorc Shoes instead of Ionian Boots, the extra on hit damage is super nice for his Mystic Shot and also gives him some nice sustained damage for dueling/ seiging/ farming, and the 80 AP is pretty nice as well. I definitely prefer this setup over Morello's/ Athene's, as Seraph's gives way more AP, and Ezreal is such a good Tear stacker.
