I've always considered Darius one of the best tank killers in the game, with his E Passive Armor Pen and True Damage ult. But if the Black Cleaver on PBE gets to the live servers, I think Darius will be one of the strongest tank killer top laners in the game. Black Cleaver + BotRK and he will absolutely shit on any tanks dumb enough to try to farm near him.
Buying BC and Bork of the ruined king would mean that darius would never be able to team fight.
Cleaver is a situational 6th item on Darius, even after the changes come through.
Wukong is going to be pretty strong as well with the new BC.

No, darius will not be a tank killer Actually, he can't kill a tank except if he stays there attacking them for 15 seconds. Building BC + botrk will make him extremely squishy, easy to focus down.

Completely unnecessary and tacked-on percentage armor penetration passive that is not needed because he has magic damage and true damage that both scale with AD: 25%
For a grand total of...........** 90%** armor penetration with 2 items. Let that sink in.

personally. i dont think he would be THAT insane. since he scaled mostly off bonus ad. since E passive is % armor pen. he benefits more from flat one. Hes gonna be better thats for sure. but not to the point you would think. and i also think botrk is bad on him. HE dmges on his W which is based on his full ad, and Q which scaled on bonus ad. that item is for hyper aaing carries or bruisers.
