Lissandra is in need of a buff
Lets face it, she has a good kit. I am not complaining about that, but dear lord her damage is so lackluster..I don't know if its her ult damage or Q. Is that why she has a decent kit, so they tone the damage down?

She's a tough one to balance, too much damage, and her burst rotation becomes a disgustingly oppression delete machine. Not enough, and she struggles to be effective at all. I would definitely favor more damage on her Q than anywhere else, since that is her most spammable ability, and making it's damage better will help her effectiveness a lot while not doing to much to make her burst oppressively strong. It might be interesting if her Q had a bit more range too, as she could deal some poke damage without having to get so close to danger. Her E is a good candidate for dmg nerfs in an effort to keep her burst from getting overbearing imo (especially on its scaling).
The only damage you can give to lissandra is in the form of DPS since she has such a powerful lock down that any burst would turn her into an assassin. Lissandra can never be an assassin, as she has way too much safety. She at best is allowed to be a mid ranged duelist utility mage. Good ways to give her some dps would be decreasing the cool down on her Q in the late game, or putting some consistent damage on her auto attacks.
