Been watching the Challenger+ streams on Twitch; they have over an hour for a que pop - it's literally killing these tiers and their income from streaming. Be happy you have only 20 mins.
Yeah it works if you have people to play with... but for anyone playing solo it completely sucks atm.
Yeah the thing is this. People want to see the new shiny draft system but get salty when you ban their champ. It isn't riot, it's the community.
It took us an hour worth of drafts and dodges to get a game last night. It was pretty fun.
I can't speak for the normal drafts, but I hooked up now with about 20 or so people for ranked solo's and it is awesome. We all get what we want, we focus on team play rather than sniping each other. I have to say, I am so very pleased with the new ranked queuing system.
Took my friend and me 20 minutes just to finally get into one normal draft. I can tell you I almost killed someone, and the excess noises and sound effects didn't help at all...
