A simple change to talons E.

Talon new e...Throws one of his daggers to a location and dashes to that location. If you hit a champion, they get tethered by a small chain that breaks when out of range but can dash to them if it doesn't break. Chain does not slow or anything and again has a small range. Done. No slow, good escape for an assassin and e still does a bit of damage just not alot. He just needs a good escape with e and he will be a good assassin. With this you can Nerf him a tad bit but don't Nerf him to the ground. This is also a skill shot so it has to count if you use it. Its just an idea because talons e is good in some situations but most of the time its pretty useless. For an assassin he has a pretty hard time laning and according to redmercy isnt even on the top assassins list anymore. This would also make talon have some outplay potential because he could throw his e, use rake, auto attack, into a q then use ult. You might need to take invisibility off his ult if you change his but he doesnt need invisibility on his ult anyway. You dont run far if you going in for a kill in a group unless you use flash and again flash would be the thing that saved you and not the invisibility. Its an idea off the top of my head but if you guys feel it should stay the way it is let me know. Btw talon is basically a martyr when it comes to his play style because you better hope you survive when you go in for a combo. Half the time you die,

meh honestly he could use a good kit update because with his kits there is no counterplay when he is strong and is useless when hes weak tbh i while i am fond of his current kit as it is fun i wouldnt mind seeing him get a rework. and i dont quite get this proposed e change could you give me a bit more detailed explanation?

His e would be a knife with chain.. He throws his knife to a given location and can dash to that location as long as it is in his range. It has a pretty small range, about the same as his cut throat. If it hits an enemy champion they become tethered with the chain but do not become slowed giving the player a slim chance to dash to them before the chain breaks. As to it going over walls, idk if that would be too much but that would also be an option. It does hardly any damage and does not slow . It can be used as a gap closer and an escape this way without it being a problem that seems too op. With this change though i would imagine a nerf for his other abilities. He would become more of an assassin by using this e because he you get the kill and get out without getting abused by the other teammates much like a zed with his outplay potential. An example would be a chase using the gap closer e before the are out of range to dash to them, rake to slow, auto attack, and q to do more damage. You could even use w to slow then q if your close and ult. If your going to be bullied by enemy team, you use e and try to escape much like a zed but you dash so you can be blocked or grabbed pretty easily such as an anivia's ice wall or blitz grab. Its not a teleport like zeds or katarina's shunpo. Its just a gap closer. i dont exactly know if this would be too op but its just an idea for a change in talons e. Everyone would also be happy in this new e also because you have potential to escape if you react in time and potential to get the kill if you react in time. Most importantly its an escape that you can use other than your ult. Ult cooldown can then be increased to a longer time. When you ult with talon, your invisible for 2.5 seconds. Your not indestructible for 2.5 seconds meaning that you will be destroyed if you are in the middle of the team fight unless you have flash. Hense hes a martyr in league where you run in at the right moment hope and pray you live, but most of the time you die. His laning phase is also very hard to come back if your really far behind.
