Any Details On How Shen Will Play After The Rework?

Meddler recently stated that the Shen rework is on its way soon. Does the update include a VU of Shen because Shen need one bad? It would be awesome to have a sneak peak of how his kit would be changed. To me Shen is pretty much a reliable champion in any lane (jungle, support, top). Meddler also said that Shen wont be so Tanky but he will be agile in a way to block attacks. I wonder how that will work out but hopefully it makes Shen a better champion with more depth, and outplay potential than he has now.
