ffs, ryze doesn't lose a lot of damage for his 2 sec snare
point and click 2 seconds snare with his E, he's supposed to trade damage for it, yet he can still E+W+Q you and 80-0 you with it
reduce damage of Q and increase the damage of E+Q

EW trades a large amount of damage for +1 second root and a shield compared to EQ.
Your best bet on stopping ryze from being annoying is to stay behind minions, and move back if he tries to bounce flux onto you through a wave. He cannot do any real damage without a clear shot or chain with his Q. If he fluxes something, be prepared for the next flux to bounce to all nearby targets.
The shield is 60 - 200 (based on level) (+ 60% AP) (+ 3% bonus mana) The lost damage is 40/55/70/85/100 (E rank) of 60/85/110/135/160/185 (Q rank) (+ 45% AP) (+ 3% bonus mana)
