Old Ult = Melt whole teams at a moments notice.

New Ult = Melt one champ if your lucky enough and have enough time to land all the skill shots to pop the research and ult.

Melting whole teams > melting one champ

Please restore Vel's passive to his ult. TY

I can still melt whole teams with him though..

VELKOZ fell off late game and didn't have as good snowballing potential as most other champions so you couldn't really melt full teams with his old ult either.
