The unit collision in this game sucks and Heca is only an OK champ to begin with. If his identity is based around speed and zooming through the rift to take his toll, why exactly does he have unit collision on his E now? Change it. I don't even play Heca and I think this is stupid.

Actually although I only jng as heca, top laner heca need the passive unit collision ignore it's basically why he's good top is trade then retreat through minions and continue to trade
I'm not to happy about it being gone though I use to like picking apart hecarim who harassed me that way.
