It's almost season 6

Every time they release a new champion they lower a 6300 champion to 4800, and a 4800 champion to 3150. They might even lower 3150 to 1350 but I'm not sure.

They used to release champions every 2 weeks basically and they've recently slowed down so not as many champions are being released. Almost 100 of the 120ish champions cost less than 6300 (I think it's like 96 that do). It'll take time.

They released a lot of champions in 2012 and they only reduce 6300 champs one at a time in order of release date each time a new one is released. They'll all get reduced but there's a schedule. The only way to make the schedule go by faster is to release new champs faster.
