I mind when he builds full attack damage despite the fact that I asked him to build tanky. When my Riven top, Talon mid, and Tristana and Soraka Bot lane need someone who's able to peel and not die in two seconds, I expect you to go tanky. But nooooooooooo. You have to carry the game with your full AD build. After all, you belong in challenjour and should carry every game with your "MECHANICAL SKILL" (God forbid they land more than 1 q per teamfight). If you main Lee Sin and build full damage, I hope you stay in Bronze 4, where you probably belong anyway.

Because most players who are dumb enough to build him full AD aren't smart or tanky enough to one shot someone.

Noob Lee Sins are better off being assassins because they don't have the team coordination or skill to use that added tankiness effectively, anyway.

When they ruin my ranked games because they know that we have no tank and build full damage anyway, I have every right to be upset.

Get over it, people will always ruin your ranked games, either by being incompetent and feeding, making stupid champion picks, or just not even trying to win. I would rather have an AD Lee Sin who knows how to play the champ than a 0/10 Shyvana top with a fed J4 rampaging through my team.

If he is truly bad then he will fall in elo. If you are truly better than him then you will carry other games and make that loss a non-factor. And if you are in low elo but playing significantly better than your peers then you need to be playing more champs that you can snowball and carry with so that bad teammates don't matter.
