should lich bane proc spell vamp or other on spell cast affects?
I never understood why lich bane causes magic dmg but doesn't give spell vamp or proc liandrys. Does it and i just haven't noticed? Or is it not supposed to?

Spell vamp and liandrys proc off spells. Lichbane is not a spell, it is an autoattack buff.
