I think its time that the Enemy Missing ping got an icon change

If riot really wants to reduce toxicity in this game they need to change the ping icon from a question mark, its used to insult people more than it is used for its intended purpose. In every game when someone messes up people just use it to basically call the person an idiot without actually typing anything in chat so you cant even report them for it.

I'd prefer a sound change mostly. I feel that the main reason that MIA's go unnoticed is because the pings sound doesn't invoke enough urgency to where it gets payed attention to. People pay attention to the retreat and Danger pings and even the On my way pings. The Missing ping is just so unassuming.

Give it a sound that is more akin to a police siren.
