That...Is one skilled Annie player o_o
Kha'zix was literally the only one building MR, and all he had was a Hexdrinker. Annie was also 12/7/5 and also had about 2 levels on almost all of the enemy champs. There's also this thing called "don't stand next to something that causes DoT".
Not saying Annie is balanced right now (coming from an Annie mid player), but come one, that was just dumb.
