her early game is really weak and she just got a nerf to her ad

No it isn't. She actually has kill potential early game and is way too safe for her late game carry potential (BoRK is ridiculously good to rush, and Condemn ruins almost all attempts at aggression, sometimes turning it around into a kill.), and that 3 AD nerf did essentially nothing.
Not to mention her ult is overloaded: AD steroid, Stealth upon Tumble, and Passive's 30 move speed boost TRIPLES. She already out-speeds every carry with her passive alone when it comes to chasing, her ult just makes it even worse.
