I love Ekko but. . .

Yes, he is incredibly overpowered. I love to play him and he feels so smooth and responsive. Easy to manage mana on, has tons of mobility and damage, has cc, has a heal, has a shield, can be effectively used in melee range and has a huge aoe nuke that leaves veigar in awe. . . Yeah, a little OP. I am the first to admit I love assasssins, I main Zed, Yasuo, Akali, Talon and Irelia. Now added to my list is Ekko, however I agree he requires a nerf. Now, the nerf I am proposing is just a simple damage ratio nerf. Please do not touch his core gameplay (as you did to zed) instead focus on his ridiculous aoe burst potential. Rito, you must admit. Ekko's ult is a tad bit over powered. I would not mind to see his ult damage nerfed from 120% to 80%. This would tone him down and make the player think of using their ult as an escape mechanism not as a huge aoe nuke.

Or, as in his lore and in the video, you could make ekko's ult remove all cc, teleport him back to his previous location healing him a little, and remove the damage. Just a suggestion though.

Oh one more thing. RITO PLEASE BUFF MY ANGEL Kayle. I used to main her in season 3 and she was so good. But then you nerfed her, (which was fine, she was still playable). However, the removal of DFG and those drastic lichbane nerfs (in which you offered kayle no compensation for) has killed her midlane potential. I digress though.
