Quick Reminder -- Dying =/= Inting

If I die because I was trying to fight and getting out mechanically played, or the jungler ganks me JUST as I was about to get a kill... or get dove numerous times --- don't call me an inter. We all have bad games. Shit happens. You die a lot in those bad games. You REALLY wanna make this worse? Keep complaining about how I'm inting. And when I decide to show you the difference between inting and performing badly... don't get upset.

And if you're 0/2 without summoners spells and continue to play the lane aggressively and get punished with ganks or the lane opponent who is now up in gold kills you again you are deliberately playing like an ape and are for all intents and purposes inting. There's a mute button for emotional players.

Life is never that simple. Just trying to be in range for EXP can some times be difficult without dying. I know because I've tried and on more than one occasion still had jungler intervention even while not playing aggressive. Even being under tower is not safe when behind.

Some people are just overly aggressive by nature and can't help themselves (these are the harder people to carry). You may think that person is "deliberately" playing like an ape, but maybe they simply don't know better? That's not inting. Being bad and inting are two different things.

On that note, I'm not overly emotional. I'll mute if I feel like someone is just plain annoying. However, when people start questioning my integrity, especially when I'm trying my best, that hits a nerve. People can say what they want, but words hurt and it's VERY hard just to ignore it. Even if you mute someone, that doesn't necessarily mean they still aren't talking about you. Getting talked about behind your back is equally as bad as being shit talked to directly in person. People have to stop thinking that the "mute" button is a one stop shop for all fixes. I don't want to mute them, I want to get even. Ofc, I'm less emotional and less likely to type back in a ranked setting, but still.

There is a difference between being stupid and being an asshole, last I checked.

A stupidie isn't necessarily an asshole, but every asshole is stupid? Got it.

There are times when you attempt to throw deliberately but somehow still end up winning, while other times you intend to win but end up with 0/17 and get a report card for int'ing.

Life's great.

Ikr... I hate it when the a-holes on my team wins... I rarely intentionally try to lose, but by gosh when I try, it's impossible some times.

me personally i try my hardest to win. if someone is being a jerk to me i report them and start praying to 45 different deities that they get their account banned.

lmao, that's fine. Nothing wrong with that. Only time I intentionally throw games is when it's the entire team as a group that's bming or I keep getting spam pinged. I loathe being spam pinged.

Reminds me of a time I played Soraka mid cause a teammate banned away Karthus on purpose... somehow the lux lost lane to soraka. I built a zz cause soraka has no waveclear, went support items and we won. funny things happen.

What a coincidence, I was trying out Soraka mid too, though for a different reason (I was just curious). I was wondering how I should get around her poor waveclear and general iffy lane performance, now you've given me ideas. Good good.

exactly like my last game was stupid as fucking fuck. I got soo tilted I uninstalled the game, like I went ekko jungle and poppy told me to uninstall because ekko isn't a jungler.

so ok w.e I ignore her harassment and her ping spams, I gank mid and top a few times but poppy doesn't commit and shen gets away, she dies 3 times says that shes going back to her plat account and then mid calls me useless because I don't gank her like wtf I cant baby sit all 3 lanes and expect to farm jungle so she sits in base and says open mid since u all int....................................................hsgdhstrh

I think some of it is from steamers/youtubers. I've seen a few videos where someone dies and the person goes "feeding my lane?" Now the people in the game may know the guy is kidding, but the viewers may think they truly think the person is feeding.

Brain Errör 4041 votes

I mean, you can be feeding without inting. Feeding is part of having a bad game. Dying a lot = feeding. It's literally just an alternative way of saying dying too many times. "Stop feeding" can be replaced with "stop dying so much". I can deal with that. But telling me that I'm an inter? You're asking for problems.

DemainaNyx1 votes

Yeah, but a lot of streamers say that after the person dies once, and normally it's on a perfectly good play that the person just got outplayed by. Yeah, there are times that isn't the case, but so often the midlaners are battling and blue side dies, the blue side jungler comes in to try and kill off the low health midlaner, only to have the enemy jungle intervene. Saying, "feeding my lane" in that instance is just rude, but since most people say it jokingly, I think that gets lost on people.
