The past few games I've had a very frustrating time. It's all fine and dandy to lose a game but getting teams without any cc where everyone locks any champ they want is just setting myself up for failure. I know it. I don't mean to be negative at all with this statement, it's just a fact. I know that my team has a VERY HIGH chance of losing because of the champions, summoners and lanes they picked.

I would use team builder as queuing a Sup or Jungler can allow you to queue dodge to an extent but I'm not 25 on this account yet and honestly I don't think that is the real fix.

In non-ranked, I think it's just a burden to be forced to accepting a game that you have VERY LOW odds of winning or receiving penalties. Personally, I have fun when I win and not so much when I lose. I know sometimes I will get beat for many reasons. I don't want to be beaten in champ selection. I think it would be 100% appropriate to allow queue dodging in normals without any repercussions.

If there's a better fix to this issue I'm all ears but this is something I would very much like to do and see it as beneficial to the community.

A team should never have no CC, since you should ALWAYS pick hard CC if you're in the first picks. If you aren't? Then you should pick CC if there isn't any by the time it gets to you.

I could see maybe making the leaverbot's thought patterns a little more visible, like showing you the consequences of your dodge (maybe have a build-up system with points like ARAM does), but I am not for making queue dodging free in normals. It would take forever to get a queue.
